I'm not sure how it got to be over 3 months since I last posted. I got busy and then I got out of the habit. Lately I've really missed blogging and reading everyone else's blogs. I'm going to be pretty busy for the next month or so but then I would like to get back in to it, so if anyone still drops by here please know that I am still vegan, still cooking and er..still Scottish :)
